Classes

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early.

CrossFit - CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Scalable for everyone.

CrossFit 101 - Start your CrossFit journey here. Learn the basics of terminology, equipment, and get a nice workout set up specifically for those new to CrossFit.

Body Rock - No barbells. Focus is on moving our own body through space. Some lighter weight kettlebell work or dumbbell work will be involved. Meant to get your heart rate up and tone tone tone.

Oly - Olympic weightlifting meant to help you get better at the clean, jerk and snatch. For those who like fast lifts and want to skip the cardio.
